The Horizon Foundation's outreach efforts include the operation of local Horizon Community Councils, frequent public notifications, the publication of reports and other communications. Additionally, the Foundation sponsors On The Horizon, a half-hour program that airs throughout the month on Comcast Cable Channel 70, GTV. The program covers both health and vital community issues. Hosted by Foundation President Richard Krieg, the program has been on the air for the past two years.
