Caryn supports the Horizon Foundation’s mission by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing essential administrative support to the team. She joined the Foundation in 2025 and plays a key role in managing daily administrative functions that help the organization run efficiently. Caryn is passionate about providing the structure and support her team needs to stay focused on advancing health equity and improving community well-being. Her behind-the-scenes support reflect her deep belief in the power of collective impact. Outside of work, Caryn enjoys crafting and exploring new restaurants in the area. She’s always on the lookout for her next DIY project—or the best bite in town.
