Stephanie Blades
Stephanie works alongside Horizon’s leadership to ensure the organization feels prepared and ready to live out its mission, vision and values while continuing to build a culture of trust among team members. As part of the Horizon team since 2021, she provides administrative support to the organizations’ senior leadership and Board of Trustees who are courageous and visionary leaders in our community working to make real and sustainable change. She assists with organizational operations, event management, IT, fiscal and human resource needs. Outside of Horizon, Stephanie finds ways to say yes to adventure and travel, finds joy in nature and beautiful landscapes – especially sunrises and sunsets all over the world in addition to the lakes and trails abundant in Howard County all with her husband, daughter and doodle pup.
